Where brands start to drift

Brand problems rarely start with the logo. They start when each channel is designed by someone different.

  1. A website that does not match the brand

The site was built from a brief, not from the brand, and now the two tell slightly different stories.

  2. Screens designed as an afterthought

App and product screens follow the developer's defaults, so they feel like a different company.

  3. Guidelines nobody can use

The rules live in a PDF nobody opens, so every new asset is a fresh interpretation.

What's included

Scoped per project at the start. You choose which of these you need.

  1. Brand review

A look at your current identity, website and materials, with a clear view of what to keep.

  2. Brand identity

Logo, colour, type and tone developed together, with the reasoning written down.

  3. Web design

Page designs built from the brand and handed to developers ready to build.

  4. UX/UI design

User journeys, wireframes and interface design for web apps and product screens.

  5. Packaging design

Packaging that carries the same identity from the screen to the shelf.

  6. Guidelines & handover

Brand guidelines written for the people who use them: your team, your printers and your developers.

Method

How a design project runs

Stages follow our standard delivery process. Timings are agreed at scoping.

  1. Project scoping

What needs designing, who signs it off, and the timeline and cost, set out in a statement of work.

  2. Requirements mapping

Workshops with your team to agree audiences, messages and where the brand has to work.

  3. Design & feedback

Concepts shared at regular show-and-tells, then refined with your feedback between each.

  4. Sign-off & handover

Final designs signed off, guidelines delivered and your team walked through them.

Questions

Not necessarily. If your brand works, we design the website or product screens within it rather than starting again.

Yes. Design and development sit within the same company, so designs go to a build team that already knows them.

Websites, an e-commerce site, branding, brochures, packaging and product photography, for clients including Air2O, Mookie, McLaughlin, Ambient Textiles and Sovereign.

It depends on what you need designed. Cost is set out in the statement of work agreed at scoping, before any work begins.
