Yes. Some clients, such as ResponseTap, have their own Salesforce admins and bring us in for work outside their skill set. We also train users and internal administrators, and hand over detailed technical documentation.
It depends on scope. Some work starts with a one-day workshop or a Quick Start package. For larger projects, we agree the timeline with you in a statement of work before anything is built.
